Our People
Leigh Walters - Director and Principal
Leigh completed an electrical apprenticeship before undertaking a bachelors degree in Construction Management and Economics.
As a degree qualified Builder and Quantity Surveyor, Leigh held roles from Site Supervisory and Site Engineering to Contract Administration in the Commercial Building sector including Medium Density Housing, Commercial Office and Defence Infrastructure.
Leigh took up Project Management and Director roles, delivering projects in Defence, Aged Care, Health, Offshore Oil & Gas as well as Mining & Minerals, before moving into the Renewable Energy sector.
Leigh has held various Project and Corporate roles, including pre-contracts management, claims management, business development, senior management and company directorships. This experience has been gained in Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Middle East.
Leigh is a certified Builder in multiple jurisdictions and holds a B. Construction Management and Economics, Adv Dip Building & Construction, Electrical Trade Cert.
Leigh is also a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.
